Welcome to Plate & Passport! We’re Melo and Taina (or simply Tai). We are two foodies based in LA who love to travel and we love sharing our adventures with friends and family. We met in 2014 in Atlanta, GA and have had several adventures since then. Coming back home with pictures of places that can seem far away and stories of food and culture that is simply divine is an added treat to our travel experiences. So we decided to create a space online to document our adventures for our friends and family who may not get to see us very often.
And it’s also fun to go back over everything and re-live it.
